A graduate from Austin College, Texas, with a dual concentration in Economics and Business Administration, Anirudh brings to the table over 10 years of startup experience, angel investing expertise, leadership and sales management skills. He also has to his credit rich experience of procuring energy customers for 5 of the top 10 retail energy providers (REPs) in the US. Before co-owning his own energy consultancy, Anirudh led a team of over 500 sales agents in the deregulated markets of Texas, Illinois, New York, Maryland and Connecticut. His team was directly responsible for adding over 2 billion kWh worth of energy contracts annually on the balance sheets of these REP’s.

After returning to India he has taken active interest in supporting entrepreneurship in the country through mentoring and investing in startups. He believes that his work gives him the platform to interact with risk takers. His investment portfolio includes startups listed among the Top 14 ventures of 2014 by platforms like NextBigWhat and Economic Times: 1) Oravel 2) Exotel 3) NowFloats 4) GramVaani He also has companies like CarveNiche, InVenture, Mobilewalla, RankJunction, Rolocule Games among others in his investments kitty.
